  The mark of a great eBay seller is how they respond when a purchase goes wrong. My purchase was lost by the package delivery service. The seller notified me promptly of the problem, filed paperwork with the shipper, gave me flexibility in how long to wait in case the package surfaced, then refunded my purchase price when the package was not found. I could not ask for more from an eBay seller. Prompt communication, clear messages, courteous...just great!

  Description said this was an "open box" but it was obviously used. In addition, the length adjustment buttons were not responsive so I couldn't adjust the tape length. The seller made everything right by refunding my purchase price in full, so I do recommend this seller as honest and fair.
