    Ordered 2, was only sent ONE MUG. If I had not contacted the seller, I would’ve never gotten my second mug which I’m still waiting for so I am aggravated and I didn’t wanna leave a negative comment but it seems like I’m gonna have to wait a month and I have to get my second mug and I’m angry because they were gifts to my two neighbors which are my girlfriends. They were to be Valentine’s Day gifts now I’m in March.! Be careful ordering from the seller.

    Order was shipped in two different shipments due to delays associated with the California fires. Second mug was delivered today. I understand customer is upset but we have done the best we could under the circumstances and have continued to communicate with the customer.

    Never shipped the item. They created tracking. However, I waited over 30 days to see movement and nothing. I was refunded upon request.

    This order was shipped within our shipping timeline and dropped off at the post office. We are not responsible for the post office incompetence. We did issue a full refund when it became apparent that the item was lost. The buyer is more than welcome to file a claim with the post office. We do not deserve this negative feedback.
