    Company claims to offer same day shipping, but 5 days after I placed my order I was informed the item is out of stock. They're still listing it for sale on eBay even though they don't have it in stock. Then they tried to offer me a gift card instead of a refund. Shady business.

    Mine was possibly defective but it’s to be expected that occasionally one will get shipped like that however it could have been an issue with the pipe. Either way, seller refunded without requiring me to go to post office and ship. Great seller! Stands behind their items! I still have the item five stars for condition because I can’t for certain say it wasn’t my own pipe that was defective and because the seller stood behind it.
