  It came pretty quickly. It was in original packaging plus heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and in another packaging. Inside the original box, the bowl the wax melts in was not on top of the Styrofoam, as intended from factory, but sitting on top of the melter itself. Thankfully it was not broken. It was as described. As for value goes, not a factor, I bought it because I liked it and agreed to the shipping and price. No one should ever ding anyone for something they agree to, by choice. It

  True to its photos as it arrived in solid condition! The box appears a little scuffed and it's been opened, but the cushion inside is completed sealed and otherwise pristine all around. The value for this mini cushion is great, especially for a higher-end brand like Jungsaemmool. I still haven't removed the seal so I can't speak on product quality just yet, but I'm super happy with my purchase so far! It arrived so quickly, as well. I would absolutely buy from this seller again!

  Items packaged well but must have been severely treated by delivery service. One of the two items was smashed. An email with pictures was sent and seller responded almost immediately. A full refund was issued. Very happy with the seller’s communication and actions. Seller not to blame for destroyed item. Would absolutely buy from this seller, again.
