    The price was a great value. Physical appearance condition was clean with no noticeable defects and plenty of secure shipping cushon was used. Quality was genuine IBM/Lenovo. However, after installing them in the array, they failed the rebuild process. Contact with the vendor was pleasant, prompt and very very professional and a super fast refund was issued. GREAT VENDOR.
