It comes in generic packaging with no instructions how to inflate (inflation straws plus a "hook" to remove stoppers (?) supplied). Seems fairly straight forwards to inflate: you blow into straw, however ball deflates a little when you put stopper in. Stopper doesn't fit flush, but that may be my fault...will be trying out in pilates class tomorrow! Overall good value for money product, delivered in good condition and wit superb service, thank you.
