  Seller was supposed to issued refund no later than May 22. I received wrong item, different from the listing. Seller admitted sending the wrong item. Told me it was his son!!!??? mistake. Seller has received the item back. Seller told me, that the damage on the inside of laptop happened during the shipping, how is this even possible? I offered few option to resolve issue, but seller stopped communicating.

  I like the fact that i was able to purchase the exact same model Toshiba Satellite Laptop to replace the one that gave me many years of satisfaction. I am hoping to get the same satisfaction I've had with the previous model. I loved the way the laptop was shipped to me. It was very well packaged in a heavy plastic bubble type wrapping to protect it during shipping process. The only thing I've noticed to date is a very, very, small scratch in the center of the monitor, i can tolerate it though.

  Laptop arrived damaged in a previously used box which USPS said was too small to provide adequate protection. Seller blamed me, even though I provided photos of every step when opening the box! Ebay had to step in to resolve the situation and refund purchase price after I returned the item.
