    The seller sent the wrong item, the box was correct but the item in the box was incorrect! I ordered a Ryobi 322 as described but received a Ryobi P318 pin nailer that was placed inside a P322 box as shown on the website. They sent me a pin nailer, I ordered a Brad nailer. This could not have been a mistake because they claim to have tested it. This is seller freud and it will be going back or returned for refund !!!

    The seller kept in touch and responded quickly. I believe that when someone gives their word it is their bond. This sellers character is exceptional. If I could have given more stars to the seller, I would have. Shipping would have been in the negative. Price was very good. Will do business with seller again. Hopefully the shipping will improve by then.

    Item did not work as advertised, seller believes this could be due to shipment which is reasonable. Seller was quick to reach out and offer several solutions, all of which would most negatively affect seller which is appreciated. Do not fear no return policy, they will make it right if it is not as advertised. However, do test properly upon receipt. I waited far too long and that s my fault. Will buy from again

    Seller offered no description, I figured item would be beaten to another dimension and back. However, it arrived quickly, well packaged, and was in surprisingly clean, good condition!! Looks like no guarantee every item is like this, but I am very happy. I will be shopping from this seller in the future.
