    Great communication, great seller. Item was used and perfectly re-packed in box. I had already purchased another one from them/him and had to cancel, but that went off well without any problem. From what I can tell it looks like it was hardly used at all, and was priced a few bucks more than the original one I bought, which didn't suit me as well for health reasons. A quality item that looks like new. Shipping went well, and fast! Appreciate your service. Will buy from you again. Thank you.

    The seller sent the wrong item, the box was correct but the item in the box was incorrect! I ordered a Ryobi 322 as described but received a Ryobi P318 pin nailer that was placed inside a P322 box as shown on the website. They sent me a pin nailer, I ordered a Brad nailer. This could not have been a mistake because they claim to have tested it. This is seller freud and it will be going back or returned for refund !!!

    The seller kept in touch and responded quickly. I believe that when someone gives their word it is their bond. This sellers character is exceptional. If I could have given more stars to the seller, I would have. Shipping would have been in the negative. Price was very good. Will do business with seller again. Hopefully the shipping will improve by then.

    Item did not work as advertised, seller believes this could be due to shipment which is reasonable. Seller was quick to reach out and offer several solutions, all of which would most negatively affect seller which is appreciated. Do not fear no return policy, they will make it right if it is not as advertised. However, do test properly upon receipt. I waited far too long and that s my fault. Will buy from again
