    Items were exactly as described. The transaction went well other than the fact that all the tools were just thrown into a box. There was no packaging materials at all. All the tools were just banging around in the box and the box was half torn open when I received it. Some of the tools received some minor damage from shipping, I f I didn't buy these as already non working I would return them.
