    You clicked "buy" & submitted payment on your own we didn't take anything from you even after you messaged us and we explained closest terminal to you is Tacoma WA. Flat rate shipping doesnt apply to AK & that is clearly listed in the ad with stars to catch attention. Handling time is listed at 15 business days, you filed a claim with ebay at 7 calender days not 2 weeks & we issued a full refund. Simply put this is on you! You didn't read the ad and ignored messages explaining shipping to AK.

    Great seller, good communication, shipped on time. Grapple is well built, gusseted and fully welded. Changed the two hydraulic quick connect fittings to flat face which is a simple screw-off screw-on process. It took me literally 10 minutes from the time I unloaded it off the delivery truck to unstrap it from the pallet and put it to work. All in all a good value I'll do business with them again.
