  Seller (although on east coast) was easy to interact with, did exactly what they said and returned the item slightly faster than predicted. (Can't do anything about ground shipping speeds). Since the local vendor (repair facility for honda) for these items (car instrument cluster) has closed doors it was reassuring that this shop could (and did!) the work at a good price.   Excellent service, shipped rebuilt unit and returned to customer's home in 6 days! You can not get better than that. 2005 ford focus instrument cluster that had ghost lights, intermittent loss of all gauges. Total cost $140.00 and, 1 hour to remove, pack, and reinstall. Repair facility made serious effort to clearly communicate with customer as to status and shipping with pictures.

  As advertised, fast turn around! About the only thing that worked on this cluster before I sent it in was the speedometer, they fixed all the problems.   I can honestly say that this business provided me with fantastic service in every way. Correspondence was quick, shipping was fast and core deposit return was extremely fast; even though it was Thanksgiving Day week. The reconditioned cluster for my 2007 Town Car was installed by a local shop and everything in the cluster works like the car was new again.
