    I am going to enjoy using this serger. It was shipped quickly. Packaged well so everything arrived in great condition. I received everything that was pictured. This was a great price for this serger. Arrived clean and ready for use.

    The machine came on time and we'll packed. When I started using it, the the machine was not cutting the fabric. I communicated with the seller and he basically blamed it on user error. Later I discovered that the lower blade was missing. This made me think that they don't test the machines before shipping them. The seller responded well and send me the blade. The next few days the machine did a bad job serging. Again the seller blamed on me. Awful customer service. I returned it.

    Terrible buyer. We helped this buyer out for several days they didn’t know how to use the machine so buyer opens a false return saying machine didn’t work. Malicious. We have sold 30 of these machines without issue. Buyers remorse but blame’s on seller. Block this one.
