    Arrived as described. Brand new in box, I was able to register and activate with no problems at all. They work perfectly. Packaging the item was not very good, bubble wrap mailer around the original box did not prevent shipping damage, however, the hearing aids were well packaged by manufacturer. Shipping the item out happened several days after being paid for, but arrived sooner than expected. Great value for the price. All things considered, I'm very pleased with this transaction.
