Shipping was not discounted to the agreed upon price as discussed before purchase and if Ebay hadn't sent an email reminding them they had received the material back and they needed to give me my refund, I probably wouldn't have even received my money back. Perhaps you were looking for a different type of fabric that is not called taffeta. We always refund our customers and the shipping cost when we need to revise the shipping.
