We received the item and the plug was incomplete missing parts. I asked to return it. They offered to send a plug if I cancel the return. I did but I did not know that up can't just put the parts on with out taking the wire harness apart which would need to be done by a technician. I never received what they planned on sending me and they have refused to answer any on my questions about it. So stuck with it again by a poor Ebayer. So sad.
