    So, I was sent the wrong wheel . The wheel is VERY very hard to find ,in the first place!!! Started return process. got return label .Never took wheel out of the box, Reused the same box requested photo sent and stated not as advertised. Refunded full amount. Can't complain ,Most likely only a few hundred of this wheel ever made :( Thinking of getting different set of wheels altogether

    Misunderstanding on my part; I am happy to revise my previous rating to positive, as the seller *is* addressing the issue, and intends to either replace with the correct item or to refund my purchase. Good communication, great follow through (calling Genesis to get color code). I would recommend the quality work to anyone. The wheel sent, while the incorrect color for my application, is beautiful and blemish-free. I was initially hesitant about a reman, but these guys do fantastic work!

    We have a full return policy which is posted and automated via ebay . Customer was contacted on 8/28 and asked for a photo of their existing wheel so we can correct the situation if they wanted a replacement unfortunately as of 9/18 we still have not received it.

    The seller did reach out to me; for some reason, I did not get notified. That said, I am in contact with them and they have reached out to the manufacturer for further information about the color code for the wheel. Very glad to continue this transaction with this seller, because as I mentioned above, the work is top-notch on the rim I was sent. I am very much loking forward to seeing if they are able to match what is on my car and would recommend seller. Very ethical and professional.
