  Horrible seller. Recieved item not compatible with my mixer and they refused to honor a return. Sent me 20qt dough, but my Hobart D340 requires a 40 quart dough hook. I even sent them the Hobart parts diagram stating such. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

  It cost me more than $100 but it's not stainless steel, it's aluminum. I have videos in mp4 format. Magnet and scratch test was performed. What is offered in the product description is not true. he is a bad seller for ebay. I bought it because in the description it said that the product was made of stainless steel
