  Excellent service and value but, the estimated shipping time was off. 3 days late. FedEx failed miserably and I have had this happen way too many times. They need to step up their game because it's a reflection on your choice of carrier.

  The item is great, and the price was good. The only problem I had was that the tracking information was wrong and the item was not shipped the way I was told it would be. This left me thinking that someone had stolen the item for my porch, or that it got lost somehow. I was told the item was shipped via FedEx and then later told that it had arrived. It had in fact not arrived. I actually got it a couple of days later sent through Amazon.
