I requested a partial refund but the seller provided me a lesser amount than I suggested. Seller apologized for imperfections. I feel that this was a Neutral experience, not really bad but not really good either.

I recently have bought 3 guitars and this one by far was the best packaged. It was wrapped and the entire box was foam lined. No possibility of damage. Beautiful instrument for the price. Very very happy. Tuned it up right out of the box and it was ready to go. It was listed as "unbranded" but I was very surprised to find that as I removed the sticker on the headstock there was a well known brand brand name and logo.
