The correct product was shipped out within 24hrs of me notifying them and a return label was provided to make sending the mis-shipment back with ease.     Seller listed a used item by mistake. It isn't working order and he took full responsibility and gave me a full refund for the mistake. He didn't have to do that because I asked for a shipping label to send it back and being a stand-up seller he just said keep it for the trouble. Would certainly do business with this seller again.
