  The I received the item however it did not work. I was told to open the back and look for a loose wire or something. When I took the back off, I observed that the fan assembly was simply laying in the machine. The Seller is a great seller. They assisted me in trouble shooting and when that didn't work, they quickly sent me a return label and I was refunded the day I dropped the item off at Fedex. I highly recommend this seller. Jim H.   This Vevor Commercial Countertop Pizza Oven has been a pretty incredible piece of equipment in my kitchen. It is very well made,gets very hot and has been used for a multitude of other food cooking projects besides pizza..It seems to heat very evenly with the Pizza Stone included and has truly exceeded my expectations!
