    Listing is for a part but shows the whole item. I didn't get a tracking number for four days. Asked for one. Then noticed the listing was for only a part of the pictured item. So I asked to cancel the order. I got confirmation it was shipped immediately and 12 hours later that it was delivered from Canada to the US. It's not in my mailbox.

    UPS did not deliver what I paid for, Dove soap. The only soap I use. It was not brought to my front door nor was it put in my mailbox. I live in the woods so I’m not up against neighbors. It was not put anywhere on my property. Seller wants me to contact UPS. I should not have to. The seller didn’t even check with UPS. eBay always sides with sellers. Now I’m out money & I have no Dove soap. This seller is not a good seller.

    The problem was that the four boxes leaked a bit. This was likely due to the package being handled roughly in shipping. The packing material used to fill the empty space in the box was OK but, it could have been better. Not a serious issue but there's room for improvement.
