    I ordered and paid on 9/9 - did not receive until 9/23 with me having to ask if it shipped. Was then told by seller that they needed to reship them because they were lost. However it was the same tracking as the "first" it looks like seller just never sent them until I asked. just a strange interaction, the items were as described though.

    I did use the same shipping label to send a replacement package, since it had never been scanned into the USPS system. That way I did not have to purchase shipping a second time unnecessarily. I apologize if that caused confusion. I thought that sending a replacement package had satisfied your needs. I apologize for this inconvenience!
