    my item was shipped in a thin little box just large enough to wedge my item into, in which i made a complaint that was considered “rambling” and “nonsense” even though i was just asking why he wasn’t responding to any of my messages for days on end. which made me frustrated because all they responded with was “just return it” even though the seller didn’t offer returns, making their one of two only responses pointless. the seller’s bad packaging led to my item breaking of course.

    Buyer sent multiple harassing messages and demanded a refund. I offered the buyer to return the item, but they wanted to keep it and still demanded a refund. Buyer was just looking for a free item and was upset when I didn't immediately give in. Worst experience that I have had on eBay with any buyer by far.

    Excellent product. I purchased several different years of this product so I will leave the same feedback on each. Shipping time was ok but most importantly it was authentic software and unopened. Not to mention it was price very well so it was a very good value. Packaging was clean and undamaged also so 5 out of 5 stars.
