  This product’s description is very inaccurate. The torso is very short compared to leg length. The seller is horrible at communicating. Wanted to return or exchange and they were gonna charge me shipping cost even though they failed to provide accurate description. This was for my child school play and now I’m not going to get one on tile since they still didn’t refund me. The seller is dishonest, item ships from chine and not US.

  Item was as advertised, arrived within expected window, went right on the backpack and works great! Part was for an OGIO backpack-- strap snapped in a luggage cart mishap and the company doesn't offer replacement parts (they just ship you a whole new pack, which is kinda ridiculous) so was REALLY happy to find this seller. Have to shorten the tail on the male end but otherwise exactly what I needed.
