  The items was listed as new but came with scratches on the lens and flashing and faulty packaging. I sent pictures to the seller and asked a reasonable reduction in price ($50) but he denied the damage yet offered a partial reduction ($25) to close the matter. Only after I initiated the return process did the seller accept my original offer for reduction in price. A little late to be honorable. Nevertheless he did receive the item back and refunded my purchase in a timely manner.

  Without much to add, there are two types of customers: honest and dishonest, but God knows there are many more of us who are honest. You returned the used and incomplete item to me, and I refunded you the full amount of your purchase. What else did you want? Be careful when selling to another seller, they know how to screw you.
