  Ordered chrome bumper without sensor holes. They sent black with sensor holes. I reached out they asked for “pictures of the labels on the box to see what went wrong and help you solve” the reply was “sorry, we sent wrong item, what if we give you $48 and you keep it to use” That was so far off from the right answer, I opened a case and got a refund from eBay. Very prompt communication after that, wanting me to use THEIR return label emailed to me instead of EBay’s label. Not born yesterday……
