    Would gladly buy from seller again! Items (RAM) arrived clean and in like-new physical condition. Description said if you buy multiple sticks that seller would consolidate shipping costs (rather than ~$6 fee for each), so I messaged them and they gave me the exact shipping quote ahead of time! Great cost too. Buyer was quick to respond, and was helpful with clear communication. Packaging could have been better (came in an envelope rather than box), but items work well! Great Experience!

    The seller accepted my offer for a price I was satisfied with. The laptop came cracked during shipping but the seller was quick and understanding and helped me get a refund. My only complaint is that they should use better packaging because just wrapping it in bubble wrap in one direction is not sufficient. I'm sure it works out for them more times than not but just my two cents. Good value, would've been as described had the carrier done better.

    Put offer on wrong item. Attempted to contact, explain and rescind. (No communication thru entire transaction) Accepted offer anyway, tried cancelling, heard nothing, shipped on 5th day, with slowest availible option. Item did not come as described; 32gb RAM advertised, arrived with 16gb. The packaging was adequate. The item was as described but I can't speak on the value as I didn't mean to buy this item in the first place. I wanted the one that had working USB ports. Needs to up communication
