I received no response. I was disappointed as soon as I opened the box. The face on the watch was smaller than I expected. It's difficult to tell the size of an item from a picture. I am 78 years old. This purchase was to be a gift for my grandson. I am stuck with this purchase of $159.99 plus tax. My order states that eBay has a "money back guarantee". .
