  First, the packaging was so flimsy (zero padding) that the box suffered significant damage in transit. Absolutely should have been boxed! Second, did you think that I wouldn’t notice that the item shipped was not the brand offered and purchased? Not even contact before shipping for approval? It’s a gift, so it matters. I’m not sure of the difference in quality or value, but be advised that this one better work well or it will be returned. Poor customer service and a sneaky practice.

  The product image & description is false advertising! You believe you are buying a WATERPIK Cordless Water Flosser. Instead, I received a off-brand flosser that I didn't even recognize (see pic)! I contacted the seller, they apologized and stated "Actually, the original brand of Waterpik is sold for $70. We cooperate with the original Waterpik and they allow us to use Waterpik for sales. The quality of the product is not the problem." This is B***S***!! What company allows this!!? NOPE! 😡
