  Item came exactly as promised (case and manual) and arrived quickly. At first I was a little disappointed when I noticed there was some damage to the case, however after reexamining the provided photos the damage is visible, so this information was not hidden. Ultimately, the item came exactly as described, and the (minor) issues I had with it were my own fault. My only "real" complaint is that shipping cost roughly double the price of the actual item.
