  Didn't do any contact with seller per say, but they came pretty darn quick. We're easy to put on, and now my car runs like it did when I first got it.. they were in new condition and for the price? I couldn't beat it. Not a scratch anywhere, they were wrapped individually in the shipping box .

  Shipping was fast and the product was very well packed. The bumper had a nice finish to it. The shackles in the photo were red and the shackles that I received were silver. Not a big deal but something to consider. Additionally, the seller states in the description that there is no cutting or drilling required. Perhaps they meant to your brand new bumper, but in order to install the bumper to a 5th gen 4runner, it does in fact require a lot of cutting to the stock front fascia and plastic.
