    Item was delivered on time. Unfortunately the box was damaged, which in fact, so was the item. The seller, without hesitation was very fair with his offer to reimburse a partial refund do to the damage. Overall, I give the seller a 5* rating. I absolutely love the fireplace with remote. The corner of the unit was bent, but I was able to straighten it with little noticeability and I have to do some touch up paint due to some scratches on the outer portion of the unit. It does operate well!

    I do not recommend purchasing from this seller. Days have passed, and I still do not have this item. The seller and eBay refuse to give me a refund until the lost item is in my possession. Sad that they are treating someone who lives on social security Disability like this. This was money saved for this seat for my new grandson. Seems like a fraud is being committed! You see my image is blank since I never received the item!
