  opened the package to confirm it worked never got to use it unfortunately, condition is excellent and for the price you can’t go wrong if this tool is what you’re specifically looking for. BUT seller communication i wouldn’t recommend, no reply when i stated i ordered the wrong item (my own mistake). i’m not able to use tool for my line of work and inquired about returning it before i even received it and never gotten a reply back. now i’m stuck with it.

  We communicated multiple times to this seller. Per the listing this item does not allow returns and we even message each customer about this item that they have the correct item before even shipping it due to the lack of customers reading what the tool is and people assuming it was a 3 plane laser when we clearly state it is a single plane laser.

  The seller shipped the item out quickly so the delay (22 days) in receipt of the item was due to USPS fumbling. The seller was quick to respond and even offered to send a replacement if USPS couldn’t locate the item. I highly recommend this seller.
