About us
FinescentsFor those who don't know me well....Finescents is the culmination of one man's passion for fragrance and lifetime in business coming together. What started as, and still is my personal love for fragrance developed into buying, selling, and trading to experience all I could. Hobby turned addiction like many of us! My business background and love of fine perfume grew into a startup; with a trademarked name, website, and base of customers who know that I am truly available for them day or night.
I wouldn't bore anyone with my business plan, but the main emphasis is personal service through technology. To a large extent anyone can carry these products, but not everyone can measure their response to questions in minutes not hours, often seconds not minutes. I love talking perfume, whether I am learning from someone with more experience or passing on what I have learned! I purchased 3 samples and one was not full upon delivery - possibly leaked in transit as the box smelled amazing. When I contacted the seller, they responded in literal minutes and agreed upon a refund of the compromised one. A+++ seller, would highly recommend. (The items were just as described and were packaged well, I think the blame lies upon the USPS - unsurprisingly)
