The wheelchair was packed well and as described. It is ideal for indoors or shopping, easy to fit in a car boot. I would not use it on uneven surfaces due to the lightweight and frame, but I wanted a wheelchair for easy transport as opposed to uneven surfaces. I am happy with the wheelchair and the sellers communication. Thanks
