The seller provided information to purchase a return label from the carrier of my choice in order to ship the item back. However in doing that, I was responsible for paying the shipping charges. The item purchased was 99.00, the shipping fee is 83.00. I tried to communicate with the seller asking if they could send me a return label. They have not responded or replied. I will not be purchasing additional items from this seller.
