  It seems to be a good little weight bench, I've used it a few times and I am pleased with it so far. If it holds up good and doesn't break then I would say it's a very good deal at this price point. I don't know about the 1000 pound capacity, it's obviously not a commercial grade powerlifting bench. I weigh 180, I put 275 on the barbell and did some bench presses and it held up to it. I appreciate the super fast shipping and smooth transaction, thank you.

  i bought the Adjustable Foldable Workout Bench Home Strength Training Dumbbell Bench 1000 LBS it arrived on time looks good sturdy enough but i would not put 1000 pounds on it only problem is i think i am to tall so if your over 6ft 6 in it may seem a little small besides that for the price not a bad deal would buy from seller again
