  Purchased two items from seller. Messaged seller and asked them to please combine shipping. The seller agreed and combined shipping into one box but then kept the additional $8 shipping charge collected instead of refunding their savings. The second figure only added one ounce to the package and didn't change the package dimensions. Seller refused to refund and cancelled the order instead of sharing or splitting their combined shipping savings. Surprised and disappointed in their service.

  This customer used a 15% off black friday coupon for this purchase, and we were not offering further discounts at that time due to the coupon. When discussing this, the customer began to use combative language and threats of bad review. Due to non resolution of issue, I gave the customer a full refund.

  We received the Saylind figure and card as described (Used but good condition other than broken spear), but the extra broken spear piece was not included. FlamingoChic got the extra spear piece in the mail right away along with a lovely little note. I'm sure Saylind is happy to get her spear back lol nothing a little glue can't fix! Thank you!
