  The desk riser is fine. What really stands out is the customer service. The initial shipment was damaged in transit. I reported it to the seller who had another shipped out to me at no charge and did not make me go through the trouble of boxing up the damaged unit for shipment back. Thank you and never change this. Customer service has declined significantly in recent years and it’s refreshing to deal with a business that practices it today!

  The 3 motor chair gives exceptional versatility and comfort. The chair arrived in good condition, but the box was open in 2 corners and basically destroyed by shipping company. The way the chair itself was packed inside the box prevented any damage . The instructions for assembly could be made helpful if there were words as well as hard to understand pictures. Overall, the transaction was smooth and seller did very well. Shipping company leaves a lot to be desired.
