  I love the buckle. It was packaged well and arrived quickly. The item was missing a piece which the seller overlooked and did not describe in the listing. That said, the seller was immediately responsive to my questions and offered to refund my purchase. I elected to keep the buckle, even with the imperfection/oversight. Overall a positive experience.

  .The Figurine was broken when arrived at my house. It was packaged very well but the Head was broken off in transit. The seller was right on top of it and had money returned the next day. It was not their fault it was broken but the USPS IS RESPONCEABLE. I would buy again from this seller. Problem is it was a very hard to find piece that I have looked for many years to find. BEAR
