  So before sending, seller contacted me, said the disc was loose in case. He did send me pictures right away showing seal and wrap intact. They asked if I would like it opened and disc clicked in place so it wouldn't scratch during shipping. REALLY appreciate the effort. 1) in showing me it was still new, and not some trick to explain an opened new dvd, and 2) they even packed something in case so disc wouldn't pop out in shipping.
