I have a dual experience with seller. First parcel was not dispatched. Then friend of mine who is by nationality Polish get in touch with seller. I have admit that my mails were not answered those which was sent via ebay. So after contacting seller by phone parcel was sent out very fast and reached destination also surprisingly fast .Well in any company there is place for mistakes all fixed in the end.
