    Purchased this unit to replace Suburban IW60. There was a mix up with the first unit I received (8 plus). Contacted customer service and they shipped a replacement unit immediately. The 8 Pro works great! The install was painless and quick, this unit works way better than my IW60 ever did. The customer service was prompt and easy to deal with and has earned my business. I would recommend this unit to anyone.
