    I ordered these chainsaw chains for a new chainsaw, and while waiting on the chains to arrive, I went ahead and started setting up the new chainsaw - but there was a problem with the chainsaw tension screw and a problem with putting the chain on that came with the saw. So I returned the saw and now had to return the chains. I had no issue in doing so with this seller. I had great communication, great shipping time and a great seller! Would highly recommend!
