  Shipping time was reasonable, quality? It's a new, in the box Shun. What else do you need to say. The price was excellent, best I could find online. The only concern was the protective packing left something to be desired; box was damaged, but the knife appears to be fine.

  Seller shows a photo of them in the box but when you get them they are not in the box. I messaged seller to tell them they should mention it since that's the photo shown and they were rude said how it was stupid that I was upset about it and refused to give any money back for them being out of the box already. Not sure why it's unreasonable to understand that I want something new in the box. Then they try to claim it's cheaper to send like this unless you buy multiple. Won't be ordering again.
