  I didn’t get what I ordered and let them know. While they offered to send me reimbursement for shipping it back, they didn’t take into account that I would have to repackage and go to the post office to return the product. All of this is also a time issue. I wait to get the shipping cost from them, I wait for it to ship back, and I wait to get what I originally wanted ( which they messaged that they currently didn’t have). I suggested that they send me what I ordered for free, they didn’t.

  I suggest five times that you send the item back I will pay for full shipping and give you a full refund I never received the item back instead you offer to keep my item and assist that I send you something free!   Great Seller! Item was exactly as described but I returned due to the color not being as expected. Completely my fault. Seller excepted return and credited my refund immediately upon receiving the item.

  I would like to say thank you because the seller still had the hoodie i wanted but ended up lowering the piece , it was still available and even though I didn’t get it when I wanted too I was still able too. Seller still shipped it fast and efficient. The seller still sold was promised and pictured and is even better in person. Thanks again and look forward to future business.
