  Do not purchase from this seller! The item was ok, however the seller sent the incorrect model as well as the incorrect colour. They then refused to give me a full refund or arrange for the item to be returned. Instead they arranged for a partial refund of $2 so that I wasn't able to lodge a support case with ebay.   THIS IS ACTUALLY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BECAUSE THE SELLER BLOCKED ME FROM LEAVING TRUE FEEDBACK. THE SELLER GUARANTEED REFUND FOR TWO PHONES PLUS POSTAGE. BOTH PHONES WERE FAULTY. I HAD TO GO THROUGH EBAY FOR A REFUND. TOOK A LONG TIME. THE SELLER REFUSED REFUND AND REFUSED TO GIVE POSTAGE BACK. I LOST $55.00 THEY ADVERTISED PHONES AS SAMSUNG SM-G973U WHEN IN FACT THEY WERE SM-G973U1 THE CHEAPER INFERIOR VERSION WHICH DIDN'T WORK IN AUSTRALIA PROPERLY. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM BE AWARE.
