About us

Our Story
We started out rescuing furniture - many pieces haven’t been inside a house for decades, having been shoved into garages, storage sheds, or sometimes left in the yard. We scrub away the dirt, chase off the spiders, and wonder what stories these pieces could tell. Sometimes all we can do is pluck the usable parts. And yes, we do carry some architectural salvage (one of us might have an obsession for old wooden doors).

And then we opened the store... we came across wonderful deals that provided tubs and tubs of collectibles and decor items that allow us to offer something different each time you visit. We also have a corner rented to a guy with a vast selection of DVD's and CD's generating a crop of regularly returning customers.

Our visitors have been fabulous and encouraging. This continues to be a fun endeavor and we can't wait to meet you.
